The construction of Zhuji Civic Center will complete the final cultural architectural puzzle of the city center. Together with Zhuji Science and Technology Museum, Xishi Grand Theater and Civic Park, it has become a gathering place for civic activities. On the overall urban interface, the civic center and the science and technology museum are in a symmetrical pattern on the central axis of the city, so they are required to echo each other in terms of shape, volume, color, etc. Therefore, a dialogue relationship of "yin and yang & concave and convex" is adopted in the treatment of form. At the same time, it is also a multifunctional building, including a large theater, a civic library, and some exhibition spaces. In terms of the architectural concept, we hope that it will be an "urban Rubik's cube" that can become a generator of vitality for citizens, allowing everyone to meet here and collide with sparks of innovation.

诸暨市民中心的建设将完成整个城市中心最后的文化建筑拼图。他和诸暨市科技馆、西施大剧院以及市民公园一起成为市民活动的聚集之地。在整体的城市界面上，市民中心和科技馆是在城市中轴线呈对称的格局，所以在形体、体量大小、颜色等等方面都被要求是相互呼应的关系。所以在形态的处理上采取了“阴阳和凹凸”的一种对话关系。同时它也是一座功能复合的建筑，包含一个大剧院、市民图书馆、以及一些展览空间。在建筑的理念上，我们希望它是一个“城市魔方”，能个成为市民活力的发生器，让大家在这里相遇并碰撞出创新的火花。
