Wanxiang International Science and Innovation Campus is located on the north side of District 1 in Wanxiang’s Innovation City. With its strong industrial background and scientific research capabilities, Wanxiang’s Innovation City seeks to lead the industry in the development of clean energy, new lowcarbon vehicles, and industrial internet services. The International Science and Innovation Center is positioned as a technology incubation and an innovation platform for the factory of the future. It is committed to attract science and technology enterprises. As the two main values, “connection” and “flexibility” respectively respond to the core needs of the project in terms of space environment and development and operation. The design develops along these two main values, aiming to quickly create a first-class R&D campus with a distinctive industrial technology environment. Through the three-levels connection of blocks, landscape, and buildings, it provides science and technology enterprises with a seamless connection between R&D and industrial. The convenient connections between enterprises and incubation platforms will establish communication between teams and collision of ideas between researchers. Flexible design can greatly improve the flexibility of building functions and adaptable to future changes, and effectively increase the speed of construction.

万向国际科创中心位于万向创新聚能城一区北侧，是一区紧临钱塘江的先行形象。国际科创中心定位为未来工厂的技术孵化创新平台，致力于吸引科创企业和创业团队，与一区正在建设之中的锂电池生产基地和动行智控整车生产项目遥相呼应，构建出聚能城生产、研发、生活三者融合的初步框架。“联接”和“弹性”作为两条主线，分别响应项目在空间环境和开发运营方面的核心需求。设计沿着这两条主线进行演绎发展，旨在快速创建一个具有鲜明产业科技氛围的一流研发园区。通过区域、园区、建筑三个层级的联接为科创企业提供研发和产业的无缝衔接、企业与孵化平台的便捷联系、团队和团队的紧密交流及人与人之间思维碰撞。弹性设计则可极大地提高建筑功能的灵活性，和针对未来变化的适应性，并且有效提高建设速度。
