As a part of Hangzhou Western Residential Area’s planning, the Sports Center is designed to provide service for the local communities. The project aims to be the ideal place for the residents to take exercises. We lifted up the building high to create a family welcome feeling and deal with the transition of the park. At the same time, the space can be fully used and more activities are allowed. The boundaries of indoors and outdoors are blurred. The idea comes from the nature of the ups and downs of mountains. I reverse the order of mountains and the sky to make the building more like a reflection of the real world.

作为杭州城西居住区的一部分，奥林匹克之家体育中心的目标是为当地社区提供运用设施服务。这个项目力求能够成为居民理想的锻炼场所。我们将整个建筑抬高，营造出欢迎回家的感受，将公园的景观引入场地。这个开放的灰空间是完全对外开放，并提供了更多的活动可能性。室内和室外的界限被模糊了。地形的起伏与建筑的形态形成了咬合交融的姿态。整个设计灵感来源于自然界上下起伏的山势，同时蕴含着传统树荫下玩耍的美好旧时光。
