This project's concept is inspired by the word "rushing to the sea". And the architectural form is translated from the Tyson polygon-like shape of the wave bubbles. The building blocks adopt a street-style layout, showing a soft architectural boundary from all directions, which is conducive to the entry of tourists from the beach and the city and is friendly to the surrounding area. Ganhai Commercial Street is not a commercial street in the traditional sense, but a complex of commerce, art and fashion life. We achieve this goal by setting up rich and exciting art galleries, installations and event venues inside. In terms of landscape, we designed a multi-dimensional ecosystem covering the ground landscape to the sky garden.

赶海商街的设计理念源于“赶海”二字，建筑形态转译自海浪的类“泰森多边形”形态，在由南到北，从海-沙滩-商业街的场景转换中，呈现一种海浪渗透城市边界的意向。建筑布局采取街巷式布局，从四面八方都展示出轻柔的建筑边界，利于沙滩和城市方向的游客进入，对周边友好。赶海商街不是传统意义的商业街，而是商业、艺术、时尚生活的综合体，我们将通过在内部设置丰富而有趣的艺术展廊、装置、活动场地来达到这个目标。在景观上，我们设计了多维度的景观生态系统，从地面景观一直覆盖至空中花园。
