The projectpresents an ongoing dialogue with historical conditions, using clever design techniques to build a bridge between history and modernity, creating a new medium that connects the community and enhances urban vitality. It integrates the living spaces along the riverbanks of the western district through the newly constructed pedestrian bridge, blending the old with the new. The project employs three strategies: "drawing in" to gather popularity through cultural events, "flowing out" to maintain a continuous refresh of the living state, and "breaking boundaries" with artistic performances leading trends, all while respecting industrial history and introducing modern design to forge a comprehensive space where culture, life, and art converge.   

By preserving and continuing the existing site elements such as the red brick silos, wooden structure factory, and linear riverbanks, the project strengthens the memory of industrial heritage through landmark spatial access. It responds to modern living needs with spaces of the same scale, and creates a container and catalyst for waterfront activities with circular pedestrian bridges. These features provide venues for public art and community activities, integrating natural light and shadow to create a harmonious environment.

项目呈现出对历史现状的一种持续对话关系，通过巧妙的设计手法，为历史与现代之间搭建了桥梁，成为连接社区和增强城市活力的新媒介，通过新建的行人桥，串联起城西片区新老融合的河滨生活空间。项目。通过“入圈”文化事件聚集人气，“出圈”生活状态持续更新，“破圈”艺术展演引领潮流的三种方式，在尊重工业历史的同时，引入现代设计，打造一个文化、生活、艺术交汇的综合空间。
通过保留及延续现有场地要素：红砖筒仓、木构厂房、线性河岸，以地标节点式空间的接入强化工业遗存的记忆，以同尺度的空间转译回应现代生活需求，以环状人行桥打造滨水活动的容器和发生器，为公共艺术和社区活动提供场所，融入自然光影，营造出和谐的环境。
