The project is located in YuhangDistrict, Hangzhou, where tea is the most characteristic industry. This project aims to deeply integrate tea with cultural tourism, tea technology innovation and tea culture experience. The client hopes this town to become the centre of innovation and technology development of the tea industry in the entire region, as well as the leader and pioneer of Zen tea culture inheritance. Our design is based on the texture of the original site for restrained development, and the architectural space is designed with full-life-cycle operational thinking. The modular architecture unit creates flexible spaces to adapt to the operational transformation of different functions. The overall environment design continues the core of tea culture, emphasizing the design philosophy of leaving blank spaces and integrating with the natural environment. 

项目场地位于杭州余杭区，该区域以茶叶作为最为有特点的产业，本项目旨在将茶叶跟文旅、茶科技创新以及茶文化体验深度融合在一起，希望成为整个区域茶产业创新科技发展的引领者和禅茶文化传承的先锋者。设计立足于原有场地的肌理基础上进行节制的开发，以全生命周期的运营思维来设计建筑空间，模块化的建筑形式创作灵活的空间以适应不同事情功能的运营转换。整体环境设计延续茶茶文化内核，强调留白以及与自然环境想融合的设计哲学。
