The B1 Building of Zijin Qianhuai is located at Zhejiang University Zijin Zhongchuang Town entrance. It is one of the landmark office buildings of the area. At the same tim e, the building is a demonstration project of prefabricated building technology by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It has a feature of high degree of assembly, integration, high degree of intelligence, whole process, and all-professional BIM collaborative design. Building B1 is made up of three cubes interlocking with each other. The two cubes in the north and south are open office functional units. The center is the core public space of the architecture and social space for events such as exhibitions, salons, etc.

紫金准乾科研用房项目B1楼（图1）位于浙大紫金众创小镇的入口处，是整个组团的标志性办公建筑之一。整个建筑是住建部装配式建筑科技示范项目，具有装配化程度高、集成化、智能化程度高、全过程、全专业BIM协同设计的特点。B1楼建筑形体由三个立方体相互咬合而成（图2），南北两个立方体为大开间办公功能单元，中间为整个建筑的核心公共空间，三层通高，不仅仅是门厅，也是平时举办展览和沙龙等活动的社交空间。
