The site is adjacent to Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park, with a beautiful environment. This area is also a national innovation and entrepreneurship base for high-level overseas talents. In this project, our core proposition is how to create a good environment and opportunities for entrepreneurs. The design revolves around the four keywords of "flow", "sharing", "connection", and "inspiration". First of all, we provide office space that can be flexibly divided, which is in line with the characteristics of rapid changes in the scale of technology companies. Secondly, we have configured many professional service functions in the entire project, such as enterprise registration, legal counsel, financial consulting, etc., which can help various start-ups and realize the sharing of resources. The third point is that we intentionally create a space for people to meet occasionally. The entrepreneurs from different backgrounds get new inspiration by sharing their thoughts. Finally, we keep the employees healthy by providing a comfortable and relaxing work environment as much as possible, making this place a generator of continuous innovation.

场地毗邻杭州西溪国家湿地公园，环境优美。这个区域也是国家级海外高层次人才创新创业基地。在这个项目中，我们的核心命题是如何给创业者创造一个好的环境和机会。设计围绕着“流动”、“共享”、“连接”、“灵感”四个关键词。首先我们提供了可以灵活分割的办公空间，符合科技企业规模变化快的特点。其次在整个园区内我们配置了大量的专业服务功能如企业注册、法律顾问、财务咨询等等可以给各个初创企业提供帮助，实现资源的共享。第三点是我们有意制造人们相遇的空间，不同背景的创业者通过分享自己的思想获得新的灵感。最后，我们尽可能提供舒适放松的工作环境以保持员工身心健康，让这个地方成为持续创新的发生器。
