The overall positioning and goal of this project is to create an ideal community for the new generation of urban elites in Zhengzhou. We have designed a complete community in the core area of the high-speed railway station in Zhengzhou New District, based on a comprehensive residential functional system, and established a 5-minute living circle within the community. The ground floor is elevated, and an open, shared, three-dimensional elevated pedestrian system is introduced, incorporating a futuristic intelligent bridge to connect the residential and office-commercial areas, linking and interacting with the different living scenes of various groups. People can freely enjoy public spaces here, and the area's vitality will be maximally stimulated as a result. The corridors will provide a 7x24 (24 hours, 7 days a week) uninterrupted experience of the community while also connecting various public functions in the area, greatly enriching the scenic and leisure experiences.

这个项目的总体定位和目标是营造郑州新一代城市精英的理想国。我们在郑州新区的高铁站核心地段内设计了一个完整的社区，基于完整居住功能机构体系，建立了社区5分钟生活圈。社区将底层抬高，通过建立开放共享的立体架空慢行系统，引入一条未来智桥，连接住宅和办公商业区，将不同人群生活场景连接交互。人们在此可自由享受公共空间，地区活力也将由此得到最大化激发。连廊将7x24（7天24小时）不间断分时错享社区，同时串联区域内各类公共功能，极大丰富观景和休闲体验。
