The project is a community designed to attract talent to settle in the city. We aim to build an innovative hub that links the city with elites, gathering talented individuals for the city and providing fertile ground for their development. The apartment is not an isolated, closed talent island, but a micro-city and community ecosystem. Nature serves as the city's backdrop, and by incorporating courtyards, the ecological texture of the surrounding parks extends into the site. The buildings are arranged in a staggered layout to maximize the landscape views from the apartments. The city's blue and green elements permeate through rooftop terraces and sky gardens, allowing residents to have direct contact with nature. The ground floor features an open commercial district, facilitating various public activities. At the same time, we have created multi-level public spaces. The entire community is vertically organized, forming a multi-dimensional vertical hierarchy from bottom to top, including commercial sharing, community sharing, cluster sharing, and neighborhood sharing, promoting communication, interaction, and resource sharing across different levels.

整个项目的功能是吸引人才落户城市的社区，我们期望在此构建一个链接城市与精英的创新枢纽，为城市汇聚贤才，为人才发展提供沃土。链园不是一个人才封闭的孤岛，而是一个微观的城市、社区共同体。自然是城市的底色，通过设置庭院，将周边公园的生态肌理得以延伸至场地内。建筑体块高低错落的布局，最大化的扩充公寓的景观视野，城市蓝绿元素通过屋顶露台和空中花园的渗透进入，让住客能直接接触自然。底层是开放式商业街区，便于各类公共活动开展，于此同时，我们打造多层级的公共空间。整个社区在垂直方向上，从下至上依次形成商业共享、社区共享、组团共享、邻里共享多维度的垂直层级体系，促进各层级间的交流互动与资源共享。
